4 staterooms. 2 upper staterooms are queen sized beds. 2 Lower staterooms are 1 queen and 1 with twin beds.

Kitchen is furnished with residential appliances. Glass top range, with microwave above, full sized dishwasher, refrigerator with side by side doors and lower freezer compartment with ice maker

Front patio, stairs, and stern patio completely carpeted. Bow area has a lake water wash down installed. Swim platform on stern has 2 removable PWC ramps with electric winches.

Upper level is huge! It has a wet bar. Built in refrigerator, and built in ice maker. L shaped couch and fire pit are also included. The stereo is amazing, and has a flip down flatscreen TV.

When this boat was built it was a Sumerset show boat. Interior furnishing, wall decorations, window decor, and interior lighting is amazing

This boat is very lightly used, all service work has been done as scheduled.

House boat is located at Grand harbor marina on Pickwick Lake. This is on the Tn River, so the boat is not land locked and can be moved easily to your location up or down the river.
