Hello, my name is Phillip Goodman. Born in Augusta Ga moved to Memphis Tn when I was 7. It was then that my family started going to Pickwick to my Grandmother’s cabin. I bought my first boat in 2007 as I needed a way to entertain my 4 children. I’ve been boating ever since. I retired from a 16-year career selling heavy duty Freightliner trucks. I met the woman of my dreams and made her my wife in 2020. Becky is also a longtime boater. We have made a great life together spending most of our time on our houseboat with family and friends.

I have grown to love boats and boating more than ever in the past few years. I’ve always loved meeting new people. I’ve learned in my past career that honesty and treating people the way you want to be treated always leads to success. I plan to bring that attitude to Pickwick Yacht Brokers.

We are privileged to be a part of Pickwick Yacht Brokers since 2015, one of the most prestigious and reputable yacht brokers in the country. I, Eric, began boating with my brother at Lake Of The Ozarks when we had fishing boats and runabouts and Phyllis and I have been boating on Kentucky & Barkley lakes for the past 35 years and still enjoy the peace and serenity of being on the water

Originally from the St. Louis area, I moved to Paducah, Ky. In 1988 and shortly thereafter I met my wife Phyllis who is a Kentucky native. We both worked for Westlake Chemical Company in Calvert City, Ky and both retired from Westlake Chemical, Phyllis in 2009 and I in 2015 after a combined 40 years with Monsanto and Westlake.

We have two Sons, two daughter in-laws, two daughters and nine grandchildren, ages 2 to 25 and four of the grandchildren are two sets of twin girls. We are blessed to have such a beautiful and loving family.

Phyllis and I enjoy meeting new people and are looking forward to serving you in your boating needs. Whether it be selling your existing boat or assisting you in finding the boat of your dreams.

Hello, my name is Rodney Lucas. I have been a boater all my life ranging from rafts on the family farm pond to 60’ Motor Yachts and have traveled extensively. My wife Jackie and I were full time “liveaboards” for 15 years. I can provide over 35 years of larger boating experience and waterways knowledge to my clients on both the buying and selling sides. I joined Pickwick Yacht Brokers in 2009.

Jackie and I have been married for 51 years. We have one daughter and one son, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Our boating legacy will live on with a grandson graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 2025 and will be a naval aviator and a granddaughter that will graduate from the Academy in 2027.

Hello, my name is Greg Dixon and I recently joined Pickwick Yacht Brokers in April of 2023. My wife and our oldest special needs son reside in South Pittsburg, TN and our boat is located at Goose Pond in Scottsboro, AL. I am a graduate of Yacht Brokers Institute and a member of America’s Great Loop Cruisers Association (AGLCA). We enjoy boating and we look forward to cruising the Great Loop in the near future as well as other areas around the US.

My boating life began when I was three years old and Dad bought our first boat, a 16’ Tri-Hull Winner with a 100 HP Johnson Outboard on it. From that point on I never looked back, and boating has been a part of our family’s life ever since. Kara and I have raised our two boys (Matt and Jake) on the water, and our youngest, Jake, has continued his love for the water by enlisting in the United States Coast Guard. We have owned a variety of runabouts, ski boats, houseboats, and currently we own a Carver 570 Voyager Pilothouse “Someday Came”.

In 2019 I retired from the automotive manufacturing industry after 31 years where I held a variety of positions in Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Project Management. I have a BS from Purdue University of Indianapolis and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
